EU/EEA Right of Withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a person indicated by you) receive the goods.

How to Exercise

  1. Email us at info@nordglanz.shop with your order number and a clear statement that you withdraw.
  2. Return the goods within 14 days of informing us. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

We will refund payments received from you (including standard outbound shipping, if applicable) without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive the returned goods or proof of return. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Condition of Returned Goods

Items must be in unused, resellable condition with original packaging, tags, and accessories. We may deduct any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Exclusions

  • Customized, personalized, or hygienic items once unsealed.
  • Gift cards and downloadable or perishable goods (if any).
  • Final-sale items when clearly indicated.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund and provide return instructions.

Returns from Outside the EU

International returns must be marked as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges. Any import duties or taxes we incur due to incorrect return labeling may be deducted from the refund.
