Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Mon–Fri, excluding holidays). You will receive a confirmation email and, when available, a tracking number once your order ships.

Shipping Methods & Costs

Available carriers, delivery estimates, and costs are shown at checkout based on destination and order weight/size. Expedited options may be available.

Delivery Estimates

  • Germany: 2–5 business days after dispatch.
  • EU: 3–8 business days after dispatch.
  • International (incl. USA): 5–15 business days after dispatch.

These are estimates only; actual timing may vary due to carrier delays, customs, or peak periods.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For deliveries outside the EU, local taxes/duties may apply and are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot control customs delays.

Address Accuracy & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Packages returned due to an incorrect address may incur reshipment fees.

Damaged/Lost in Transit

If your package arrives damaged or tracking shows it lost, contact us within 7 days with your order number and photos. We will help file a claim and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Split Shipments

We may ship items separately to expedite delivery at no extra cost.
